136. The authorization for a facility for the storage, treatment or final deposit of mill residual materials must indicate that it is issued in accordance with section 22 of the Environment Quality Act (chapter Q-2).
The authorization must mention its issue date and the name of its holder, and describe the nature of the proposed activity, the property to be used for the activity and the location of the property.
